Traditional romanian dishes, but v e g a n ☺️ quite a challenge the “cozonac” because it took me hours to make it, a long process, it is kind of a sweet bread with nuts and opium poppy, soooo delicious 🤤 I’m so happy I made it because isn’t easy to make it fluffy and good to eat so I wasn’t very positive about it! 🙌🙏
The first one is stuffed peppers with mushrooms, rice, chopped soy and tomato sauce I made my way.
